Coach Connie Pendleton

Founder & Head Coach

Connie — "GI" — is the founder and driving force behind GI Fit Studio. With over a decade of coaching experience, she built this community from the ground up with one goal: real results for real people.

Her approach combines high-intensity training with genuine personal attention. She knows every member by name and won't let you settle for less than your best.

Coach Lety Gonzalez

Coach

Lety is Connie's sister and the heart of the coaching team. She brings a warm, encouraging energy to every class — the kind of coach who meets you exactly where you are and pushes you further than you thought possible.

Whether you're brand new or a seasoned athlete, Lety makes sure you feel seen, supported, and ready to work.

Coach EJ Gonzalez

Coach

EJ is Lety's son and Connie's godson — raised in this gym, shaped by its values. He brings a fresh perspective and deep family roots to everything he does at GI Fit Studio.

On the floor and behind the scenes, EJ keeps the studio sharp, the energy high, and the community growing.
