I was introduced to GI by my best friend Teresa back in late 2018 during one of the hardest times of my life. I was battling cancer, going through chemotherapy and radiation, all while recovering postpartum. My oncologist recommended therapy to help me cope with the physical and emotional changes—but I chose a different path. GI became my therapy, and it still is to this day. This gym is more than just a place to work out—it’s a loving, supportive community. The people I’ve met here started as friends and truly became family.
